How to Find Drains to Catch More Bass
Finding drains is a great way to locate bass. These structures act as a highway from deep to shallow water just like creek channels. While creek channels can be easy to find on a contour map, drains can be much more subtle and difficult to locate. With the advent of side scanning sonar, drains became easier to see on a graph but still required a significant amount of time on the water looking for them. Now with the Water Inflows map on the Deep Dive app you can locate drains all over your reservoir and save a ton of time!

In the above image you can see 3 drains that come into the main lake of Grand Lake O' the Cherokees. All 3 of these drains are very subtle and would be difficult to locate with any other form of map study. You can find many such drains on your own reservoir with the Water Inflows map on the Deep Dive app.
